Room rates and availability are determined and confirmed at the time of booking, directly with the hotel or through our booking engine — this website does not display or guarantee rates.
4. Hotel policies
Stays are subject to our hotel policies, including check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM, standard occupancy limits, cancellation terms that depend on the selected rate plan, and GST invoicing. Please review our Policies & FAQ page for details. Flexible cancellation options are available depending on the selected rate plan and are confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Payments
No payments are collected through this website. Payments are made directly to the hotel or through our third-party booking engine, subject to that provider's terms.
6. Third-party services and links
The website uses and links to third-party services, including our booking engine, Google Maps and WhatsApp. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
