Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Elite Royale ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use theeliteroyale.in or send us an enquiry. We are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.
By submitting an enquiry form or otherwise contacting us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to you and to arrange your stay:
- Enquiry details you provide — your name, company, mobile number, email address, check-in date, approximate number of nights, number of guests, preferred room type, expected room-nights and any requirements you share through our corporate or long-stay enquiry forms.
- Communications — the content of messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical and usage data — your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through our server logs and, when enabled, Google Analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not collect payment, card, UPI or bank account information on this website. Room bookings and payments are handled directly by the hotel or through our third-party booking engine when it is live; any payment information you provide there is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
2. How we use your information
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and answer your questions;
- arrange, confirm and manage reservations, and contact you about them (by phone, email or WhatsApp);
- prepare GST invoices and set up corporate or long-stay billing where requested;
- operate, secure and improve our website and services, and understand how the site is used;
- comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you provide when you submit an enquiry or contact us, and for the legitimate purposes and legal obligations permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see 'Your rights' below); this will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to provide our services:
- Our booking engine provider, when you proceed to make a reservation through it.
- Our email and messaging service providers, to route and respond to your enquiry.
- Google, through Google Analytics and Google Maps, subject to Google's own policies; this data may be processed outside India.
- Meta Platforms, when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- Professional advisers, and government or regulatory authorities, where required or permitted by law.
5. Transfers outside India
Some of our service providers (such as Google) may store or process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected and that any transfer complies with applicable Indian law.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to you, to manage any resulting reservation, and to meet our legitimate business and legal obligations (for example, GST and tax records). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and spam protection — to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- request correction, completion or updating of your data;
- request erasure of your data where it is no longer required;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at reservations@theeliteroyale.in. We will respond within the timelines required by law.
9. Grievance Officer

11. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites and services (such as our booking engine, Google Maps or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
